• Account Reset: Failure to purchase the minimum 250 grams of tea in any given month will result in the account's accumulated purchase history being reset to zero. This is not considered a cancellation but a reset of the purchase accumulation.
• Account Inactivity: In the event of any dispute or disagreement, www.sureitt50.com may temporarily suspend the account, preventing further purchase accumulation until the dispute is resolved.

2. Refund Policy

• No Return of Tea Products: www.sureitt50.com does not offer returns or refunds for purchased tea products. All purchases made at authorized retail stores are final.
• Refund Benefits (Birth or Death Plan):
  • Refund benefits are provided exclusively as outlined in the "Birth Plan" or "Death Plan" of our program.
  • Birth Plan: A 50% refund of the total accumulated purchase amount is provided upon the birth of a child, after proper claim submission and verification.
  • Death Plan: A 50% refund of the total accumulated purchase amount is provided to the designated heir upon the customer's death, after proper claim submission and verification.
  • Refunds are only processed upon submission of a claim through your account, and after verification of documents such as birth or death certificates, Aadhaar cards, and heir's bank details.
  • A new account from any other family member is needed before any refund can be processed.

3. Dispute Resolution

• Account Suspension: In the event of any dispute or disagreement, www.sureitt50.com may temporarily suspend the account to ensure fair and impartial handling of the dispute.
• Customer Support: We encourage you to contact our customer support team for any concerns or disputes. We are committed to addressing your concerns and finding a resolution.
